Shipping policy

At Joiana Store, we offer FREE shipping on all orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia. To qualify for FREE SHIPPING, your order must total $100 after all discounts or promotions have been applied, and payment must be made online. Please note that we do not accept telephone orders.

Shipping rates will be automatically calculated at checkout, taking into account the weight and destination of your order. Quick Ship and Expedited orders will receive priority handling. Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time will be processed on the following business day.

If you require your package to arrive by a specific date, please contact us at infojoianastore@gmail.com, and we will provide you with an estimated delivery date.

SHIPPING METHODS: Joiana Store ships via the U.S. Postal Service and UPS, depending on the weight and destination of your package. If you have a P.O. box, please ensure that you include both your P.O. box and street address in your shipping details to ensure successful delivery, regardless of the shipping method chosen.

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Depending on the weight and destination, orders typically arrive within 2-5 days after shipping. We will send you an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. If you need your package to arrive by a specific date, please leave a note in the "Comments" section during checkout and select a shipping upgrade if necessary.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS: Please double-check the shipping address you provide during checkout, as Joiana Store does not assume responsibility for orders placed with an incorrect shipping address. If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect address or requires interception with an address correction, the customer will be responsible for charges to reship the package. UPS charges $25.00 for an address correction and re-delivery.

PACKAGE NOT RECEIVED: If the tracking information indicates that your order was delivered but you have not received it, we recommend checking all possible delivery locations, including with neighbors, building managers, or in areas such as your porch, garage, or behind bushes.

For orders shipped via US Postal Service, we advise calling or visiting your local post office with the tracking number to speak with the postmaster. The postmaster can inquire with the carrier about the package's possible location. We discourage calling the general USPS helpline (1-800-275-8777) and recommend finding your local post office's phone number through a Google search or visiting them in person.

For orders shipped via UPS, please call UPS at 800-742-5877 with the tracking number to report non-receipt of the package. This will initiate an investigation into the matter.

If the tracking information indicates that the item was returned to us, please email infojoianastore@gmail.com. This may occur if your shipping address was entered incorrectly, the delivery attempt was unsuccessful, or if the carrier mis-delivered the package.
